Standardized and Rigorous Accreditation Procedures

ACCBE has established a standardized accreditation process to ensure the quality of business and management education.

Through a four-phase evaluation framework—from eligibility review to on-site review—the process helps business schools and programs implement continuous improvement and quality enhancement, thereby building a credible accreditation system for business education.

PHASE01

Phase 1: Eligibility Review

Determine whether the applicant institution is qualified to participate in the accreditation review and define the scope of accreditation.

PHASE02

Phase 2: Accreditation Review

Determine whether the applicant institution meets the requirements for accreditation and the accreditation outcome.

PHASE03

Phase 3: Mid-term Evaluation

Determine whether the accredited institution may continue to maintain its accreditation status.

PHASE04

Phase 4: Re-accreditation

Determine the re-accreditation outcome of the accredited institution.
